What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors to expand the partner network.
- Develop and execute targeted regional channel strategies to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct product and sales training sessions to enable partners and support joint sales initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecom channel management, partner development, or business development.
- Deep understanding of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships with TSDs and Trusted Advisors.
- Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies and surpassing revenue targets.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems, channel management platforms, and quoting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective executive-level presentations.
