TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving growth and managing strategic carrier and telco partnerships, specifically with Verizon and Rogers, to build a repeatable partner-sourced revenue engine. Focus on strategic account planning, partner enablement, and expanding ARR through firmware-embedded resilience and Secure Access offerings.

Location: Remote (United States). Willingness to travel across the US and Canada as needed.

What you will do

  • Build and own joint business plans for anchor partners (Verizon, Rogers) including value propositions, target segments, and measurable growth paths.
  • Carry and exceed new and expansion ARR targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement programs to train and certify partner sellers and SEs.
  • Cultivate executive sponsorship and seller-level mindshare within complex partner organizations.
  • Align go-to-market motions with internal sales, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology sales, channel, or strategic alliances with a record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Direct experience scaling relationships with carriers, telcos, or large national partners (e.g., Verizon, Rogers).
  • Strong command of cybersecurity, endpoint security, SSE, or ZTNA go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to build partner enablement programs that effectively change seller behavior.
  • Ability to influence and build trust at both the executive and field-seller levels.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships within Verizon Business, Rogers, or their partner ecosystems.
  • Cross-border sales experience between the US and Canada.
  • Experience with embed/OEM or managed-service attach motions.
  • Background selling into public sector or regulated industries.
