TL;DR

Associate Channel Partner Manager (SaaS/Partnerships): Supporting the engagement, growth, and activation of a large portfolio of referral partners to drive business growth. Focus on executing scaled enablement programs, managing high-volume pipelines in Salesforce, and collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate partner-sourced revenue.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid)

Compensation: $140,000 – $169,000 (Base + On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture a large portfolio of referral partners including accountants, benefits brokers, and HR consultants.
  • Execute scaled engagement programs to accelerate time-to-first-deal for new partners.
  • Enable partners through training, resources, and ongoing communication to position hirify.global effectively.
  • Track partner activity and pipeline metrics meticulously using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support partner-sourced opportunities from lead submission to close.
  • Gather partner feedback to inform product and program improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations, sales development, or partner operations.
  • Proven ability to execute processes that contribute to pipeline generation.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar partner-related tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • High ownership mindset and self-starter attitude.
