Salary: $126,000–$229,000 (US only)

What you will do

• Design and validate reference architectures integrating the full hirify.global stack to solve complex enterprise challenges.
• Develop technical migration playbooks to assist customers in transitioning from legacy environments to open-source architectures.
• Create and deliver complex technical demonstrations and hands-on labs for global events and customer engagements.
• Own the technical vision for global demo environments where partners and customers test hirify.global solutions.
• Serve as a lead advocate at major industry events like KubeCon, AWS re:Invent, and hirify.globalCON.
• Partner with product and technology leaders to bridge business narratives with technical proof during high-stakes architectural reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud-Native Engineering, or Technical Advocacy.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Linux kernel, high-availability systems, Kubernetes, GitOps, and container security.
• Practical experience with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU orchestration.
• Proven track record of contributing to or leading open-source projects.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of delivering keynotes and whiteboarding complex migrations.
