Location: Must be based in Canada or the United States

Salary: $98,000 – $140,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver advanced technical sessions including webinars, live builds, and architecture deep dives.
• Develop repeatable technical learning paths and structured PoC frameworks for customer adoption.
• Produce deep technical content such as architecture guides, implementation blogs, and recorded walkthroughs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical questions regarding secure build pipelines and container governance.
• Partner with Sales Engineering and Post-Sales teams to ensure technical continuity across the customer journey.
• Surface field-informed feedback to Product and Engineering teams to address technical friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in hirify.global, container ecosystems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and execute structured PoCs with defined success criteria.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior engineering audiences.
• Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of technical content.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada or the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML development workflows, model packaging, and agentic AI runtimes.
• Familiarity with secure software supply chain practices (SBOM, SLSA, vulnerability management).
• Background in DevSecOps or Security Architecture.
• Experience designing reusable lab environments or reference architectures.
