What you will do
- Partner with sales teams to define and execute strategies for growing market share in global payroll.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global payroll, providing best-practice guidance to customers.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations to communicate product value.
- Develop sales playbooks and materials to improve the quality of the sales cycle.
- Translate customer business requirements into clear scopes of work for implementation teams.
- Provide feedback to product teams to ensure solutions meet evolving market needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in EMEA
- Fluent English required
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solution consulting, specifically with global payroll processes.
- Strong understanding of distributed workforce solutions, HRIS, and contractor management platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and analyze software solutions.
Nice to have
- Relevant payroll certifications such as CIPP or CIPM.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks.
- Fluency in German or French.
- Experience working in a environment.
