What you will do

• Lead high-complexity implementations for large, multi-site enterprise customers.
• Act as a strategic consultant to guide clients through change management and business process transformation.
• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, risk mitigation, and go-live execution.
• Serve as a product specialist for HR and Payroll tools, recommending tailored configurations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of scalable implementation processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading SaaS implementations for complex or enterprise-level clients.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing consulting, implementation, or technical onboarding role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-touch onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Salesforce.
• Experience advising clients on process design, adoption strategy, and change management.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Payroll, compliance, or HRIS.
• 1–3 years of startup experience.
