What you will do
- Lead high-complexity implementations for large, multi-site enterprise customers.
- Act as a strategic consultant to guide clients through change management and business process transformation.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, risk mitigation, and go-live execution.
- Serve as a product specialist for HR and Payroll tools, recommending tailored configurations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the development of scalable implementation processes and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading SaaS implementations for complex or enterprise-level clients.
- 5+ years in a customer-facing consulting, implementation, or technical onboarding role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-touch onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Salesforce.
- Experience advising clients on process design, adoption strategy, and change management.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in Payroll, compliance, or HRIS.
- 1–3 years of startup experience.
