Location: Must be based in Chicago and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
Compensation: $183,000–$237,000 OTE (including bonus/commission).

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, providing direct feedback and career development.
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities for major accounts, including discovery, solution design, and security reviews.
- Build the Financial Services practice from the ground up, creating sales plays, reference architectures, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Security teams to navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
- Position AI and advanced technical capabilities to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Publish thought leadership content to establish credibility within the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago and willing to work in a hybrid office setting.
- Ability to travel up to 50% at peak times.
- Demonstrated track record of people management, mentoring, and leading technical teams.
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with rigorous evaluation processes, ideally in regulated industries.
- Strong domain knowledge in areas such as SaaS, AI, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Data Architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
