Salary: $156,800 – $275,800

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI and Experience Orchestration specialist leaders across the US and LATAM.
- Establish clear engagement models for specialists to partner effectively with core Account Executives.
- Drive consistent execution of AI-focused sales motions to support pipeline creation and revenue attainment.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to align specialist coverage and execution priorities.
- Translate complex customer business challenges into AI-driven use cases and value narratives.
- Engage senior customer stakeholders to support strategic enterprise opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within AI or customer experience domains.
- 5+ years of people management experience, ideally leading specialist or enterprise sales teams.
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed organization without direct quota ownership.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and experience orchestration technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide teams through complex, ambiguous sales cycles.
