What you will do
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with existing customer accounts.
- Identify and close expansion and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Conduct product discoveries and demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce and Gong.
- Collaborate with internal teams including solution engineering and professional services to support sales efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in selling B2B software solutions.
- Proven track record in account management.
- Strong discipline in daily activity planning, goal setting, and quota attainment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cold calling, proposals, and negotiations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
