What you will do

  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with existing customer accounts.
  • Identify and close expansion and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Conduct product discoveries and demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including solution engineering and professional services to support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in selling B2B software solutions.
  • Proven track record in account management.
  • Strong discipline in daily activity planning, goal setting, and quota attainment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cold calling, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
