Compensation: $63,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a high-volume support queue, triaging and resolving customer cases with speed and accuracy.
- Provide professional and empathetic support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations by assessing urgency and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Follow established playbooks for renewals, migrations, and case management.
- Identify and surface recurring customer pain points and product feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Support customers through the ONE migration process.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume book of business or support queue.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer operations.
- Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow documented workflows consistently.
