Compensation: $63,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume support queue, triaging and resolving customer cases with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations by assessing urgency and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Follow established playbooks for renewals, migrations, and case management.
  • Identify and surface recurring customer pain points and product feedback to cross-functional teams.
  • Support customers through the hirify.global ONE migration process.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-volume book of business or support queue.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer operations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow documented workflows consistently.

  • Experience in the sports industry.
