Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and expanding business within a portfolio of large enterprise customers with an accent on revenue growth, strategic account planning, and value realization. Focus on building executive-level relationships, leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Location: Must be based in Mississauga, Canada (Meadowvale Office)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts to drive revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align solutions with customer business priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers in IT and business units.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and SDRs to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel within North America at least 25% of the time.
