What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts to drive revenue expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align solutions with customer business priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers in IT and business units.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and SDRs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management.
- Proven track record of growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel within North America at least 25% of the time.
