Account Manager, Install Base Sales

What you will do
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to plan and execute target account strategies that expand solution adoption within existing utility customers.
- Use Salesforce (SF.com) and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities, identify whitespace, and run account-based sales planning.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Harris solutions and preferred third-party partner offerings in the utility ecosystem.
- Support sales enablement by coordinating partner collaboration, preparing tailored proposals, and assisting with webinars and joint partner campaigns.
- Prepare meeting materials and provide onsite/virtual support for customer presentations, demos, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Support regional and industry conferences by coordinating booth/customer engagement schedules and representing the company with ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- Location: Remote role welcoming candidates anywhere in Canada and the US.
- Up to 50% travel within North America is required; a valid passport/visa is required for travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related experience.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development (ideally in utility billing or enterprise software).
- Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning.
