What you will do
- Own relationships with corporate stakeholders as main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Build long-term partnerships driving retention, growth, referrals, and revenue opportunities like expansions and upsells
- Lead account strategy including rollout, performance reviews, and cross-functional execution
- Manage one-to-one corporate and one-to-many franchise relationships
- Proactively identify churn risks using data and customer insights
- Share insights with Product and Marketing, attend industry events
Requirements
- 4+ years Sales experience in SaaS (Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Partner Account Manager) with mid-market/enterprise customers
- Strong sales and business acumen for managing relationships, projects, complex needs
- Excellent communication to influence internally and externally
- Highly organized with attention to detail for large book of business
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero) and data tools (Excel, Tableau, Metabase)
- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for efficiency
- Adaptable in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in restaurant tech (POS, Payroll, etc.) or restaurant operations
- Proficiency in Spanish or French
