What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with complex SMB clients.
• Manage post-sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling security products.
• Prospect and close renewal and expansion opportunities within named accounts.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage activities in Salesforce.
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals and optimize revenue.
• Coordinate sales efforts across multi-functional internal teams.

Requirements

• University undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Sciences.
• 6+ years of total work experience with 3+ years in field sales within the software/technology sector.
• 5+ years of experience evangelizing SMB technology, specifically SaaS and cybersecurity.
• English proficiency: B2 level required.
• Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong ability to conduct strategic account planning and negotiate favorable contract terms.
