What you will do
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with complex SMB clients.
- Manage post-sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling security products.
- Prospect and close renewal and expansion opportunities within named accounts.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage activities in Salesforce.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals and optimize revenue.
- Coordinate sales efforts across multi-functional internal teams.
Requirements
- University undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Sciences.
- 6+ years of total work experience with 3+ years in field sales within the software/technology sector.
- 5+ years of experience evangelizing SMB technology, specifically SaaS and cybersecurity.
- English proficiency: B2 level required.
- Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong ability to conduct strategic account planning and negotiate favorable contract terms.

- Specific background in cybersecurity.
- Experience working with resellers to generate new pipeline.
