What you will do
- Own relationships with corporate stakeholders as main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Build long-term partnerships driving retention, growth, referrals, and customer experiences
- Lead account strategy including rollout, performance, and cross-functional execution
- Identify and close revenue opportunities like expansions, upsells, and renewals to hit MRR targets
- Manage one-to-one corporate and one-to-many franchise relationships
- Run business reviews, reduce churn risk with data, and share insights with Product and Marketing
Requirements
- 4+ years Sales experience in SaaS (Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Partner Account Manager) with mid-market/enterprise customers
- Strong sales and business acumen to manage relationships, projects, and complex needs
- Excellent communication skills to influence internally and externally
- Highly organized with attention to detail for large book of business
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero)
- Comfortable with data tools like Excel or BI (Tableau, Metabase, ThoughtSpot)
- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for efficiency
Nice to have
- Understanding of restaurant tech industry (POS, ATS, HR, Payroll, etc.)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in Spanish or French
