What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated marketing liaison to SMB Sales leadership to translate regional priorities into actionable execution plans.
- Own and refine the US SMB marketing strategy to reach target audiences and align with commercial objectives.
- Execute measurable demand and field marketing programs, including digital performance marketing, executive roundtables, and regional campaigns.
- Optimize sales enablement and nurturing programs, including post-event follow-ups and automated tracks.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to develop local case studies and testimonials.
- Establish and track Marketing KPIs to report performance data to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Must be based in the US (AMER region)
- Several years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in field marketing or demand generation with a focus on sales pipeline creation.
- Deep understanding of the SMB segment within Start-up, SaaS, HR-tech, or Fintech spaces.
- Expertise in modern marketing tactics and proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com.
