What you will do

• Develop and execute North America field marketing strategy for lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
• Create data-driven marketing plans including regional events, tradeshows, and digital campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership to inform adjustments.
• Collaborate with sales and sales development teams to increase conversions in target accounts.
• Document best practices to create programmatic and scalable marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field or partner marketing.
• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving B2B sales results through field initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
• Must have valid work authorization for North America (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, accounting, or the fintech ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana.
• Prior accounting experience or CPA certification.
