What you will do

• Drive end-to-end GTM execution plans for the HR suite of products.
• Engineer GTM efficiency by identifying funnel friction and implementing scalable processes.
• Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on the HR domain.
• Design actionable playbooks and value-prop frameworks for sales and success teams.
• Lead high-priority special projects to drive business transformation.
• Analyze data to drive strategic decisions and troubleshoot CRM lead-routing.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required for all applications.
• Background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operations within the SaaS industry.
• Advanced technical data skills including SQL, custom dashboarding, and cohort analysis.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience as a founder or early GTM hire at a scaling SaaS company is highly preferred.
