What you will do

  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring healthy and high-performing deployments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and managing relationships across the lifecycle.
  • Analyze activation funnels and performance data to identify patterns and drive actionable improvements.
  • Translate field insights into product and engineering requirements to improve platform stability.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate recurring tasks, accelerate analysis, and prototype internal tooling.
  • Develop and document runbooks and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient future deployments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demanding operational environments like strategy & operations, bizops, or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to operate under pressure and solve complex problems with imperfect information.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for daily analysis, automation, and building internal tooling.
  • Strong data skills including SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and BI tool usage.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical executive stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Background in customer-facing implementation or technical account management.
  • Proven track record of building internal tooling or automated workflows using no-code tools.
