TL;DR

Senior Director, Partnerships (Snowflake): Defining and driving the global strategy for the Snowflake partnership with an accent on commercial expansion, executive alignment, and ecosystem integration. Location: Must be based in the United States (San Francisco office presence expected).

Compensation: $187,000–$295,000 OTE (including bonus/commission).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global strategy for the hirify.global–Snowflake partnership to drive pipeline and commercial growth.
  • Lead senior executive meetings with Snowflake and hirify.global leadership to establish shared objectives and governance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence integration priorities and joint solution design.
  • Design and implement steering committees and working groups to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with sales leadership to embed the Snowflake partnership into active deal cycles and articulate joint value.
  • Represent hirify.global as a strategic ambassador within the Snowflake ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the SaaS or technology ecosystem.
  • 2+ years of dedicated partnerships experience.
  • Deep familiarity with Snowflake Data Cloud architecture and its partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of defining joint strategies and securing executive alignment at a global scale.
  • Experience influencing product and engineering roadmaps in a technically grounded partnership.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
