What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and product promotions across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to create sales enablement materials, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and budget constraints.
• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations.
• Model and lead the marketing funnel, managing the handoff process to sales teams.
• Track marketing ROI on sales pipeline, trade volume, and business unit growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in B2B demand generation marketing, specifically within financial services, ESG, or trading.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics.
• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Experience with Salesforce and funnel management is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
