Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 base salary per annum

What you will do
- Own and drive the full marketing strategy (digital, brand, content, and campaigns) for London and regional SEA markets.
- Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM.
- Execute performance marketing initiatives focused on clear KPIs: CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
- Build the content marketing engine, including blogs, video scripts, landing pages, and messaging.
- Manage creative production with internal teams and external agencies/freelancers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align marketing with business goals.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing with a mix of strategic planning and execution.
- Proven track record in performance marketing and digital strategy.
- Strong understanding of paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), SEO, content marketing, and CRM.
- Strong data literacy and ability to translate results into strategic decisions.
- Must be based in London.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Hotjar.
- Background in brand development, influencer partnerships, or event marketing.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers.
