What you will do

• Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with strict regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and new hires.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.
• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Previous experience in Financial Services or a regulated industry is highly preferred.
