What you will do
- Build a pipeline and proactively prospect new clients (banks, securities firms, asset managers, institutional clients, corporations, HNWIs) for digital asset trading and platform distribution.
- Drive rapid, frictionless client onboarding in close collaboration with support teams (e.g., KYC and FIX trading connectivity setup).
- Own the full sales process: qualify opportunities, coordinate RFI/RFPs, run and manage sales meetings, and negotiate deal closures.
- Manage the existing client base to ensure satisfaction and active platform usage.
- Coordinate with the Product team for sales handover and product gap feedback; propose sales strategies, campaigns, and ideas for growth.
- Represent Taurus at third-party events and conferences, contribute to external communication, and build partnerships while monitoring competitors.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years in trading and brokerage sales in financial services (e.g., broker/exchange).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or economics.
- Proven client book and ability to build a strong pipeline across the sales lifecycle.
- Strong interest and knowledge of digital assets, plus good knowledge of finance and capital markets.
- Good understanding of financial promotion, marketing, and cross-border rules.
- English: fluent; fluency in another language is advantageous.
