What you will do

  • Drive new business development and manage the full sales lifecycle for lending solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new financial institutions to generate fresh business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Align product offerings to address lending, loan origination, and mortgage servicing challenges.
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on financial institutions.
  • Strong expertise within the Financial Services Industry and a well-established network in the market.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex software/SaaS solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
