Business Development Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote, based in Switzerland; Geneva location indicated. Occasional travel for Web3 events and offsites.

What you will do

• Build relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners.
• Source new crypto treasury opportunities and partnerships.
• Understand how Web3 teams manage capital and translate their needs into practical treasury solutions.
• Support onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates.
• Own partnership and client conversations from the first introduction through execution.
• Represent SVH at Web3 events, meetups, and conferences, and share market insights to shape treasury strategy and offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles within crypto or Web3.
• Solid understanding of crypto treasury basics, including liquidity, yield, risk, and counterparties.
• Comfort working with founders, DAOs, and crypto-native teams.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
• Self-driven approach and comfort working in a remote-first setup.
• Based in Switzerland and closely connected to the local and broader Web3 ecosystems.
• Fluent English.
