What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, and ecosystem partners.
• Source new crypto treasury opportunities and structure tailored solutions for clients.
• Translate complex capital management needs into practical treasury strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of treasury mandates from initial introduction to execution.
• Represent the firm at Web3 conferences, meetups, and industry events.
• Provide market insights to help shape the firm's treasury strategy and service offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Switzerland and connected to the local Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the crypto/Web3 space.
• Solid understanding of crypto treasury fundamentals including liquidity, yield, and risk.
• Ability to communicate effectively with founders and crypto-native teams.
• Fluent in English (French is considered a plus).
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
