What you will do
- Identify and qualify high-potential institutional prospects across buy-side and sell-side segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including tailored presentations and proposal development.
- Communicate complex digital asset concepts, such as custody, tokenization, and staking, to diverse audiences.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and client interaction records in Salesforce.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Technology.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development within fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset ecosystems.
- Fluency in English is required; German or French proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Must be a Swiss or European candidate willing to relocate to Switzerland.
- Proven ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize tasks effectively.
