What you will do
- Develop a strategic sales plan to cover key accounts in Switzerland and the broader European territory.
- Manage lead qualification and conversion for large financial firms, focusing on private banks, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Prospect and build new relationships with named accounts, positioning as a trusted solution.
- Own and drive the sales strategy and lead the sales cycle with cross-functional partners.
- Travel as required to meet prospects and clients and attend marketing events across Switzerland and Europe (~40–50% travel).
Requirements
- Significant experience in software sales, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to wealth managers, RIAs, or financial institutions, ideally in Switzerland or the broader European market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Fluency in German and English is ideal; exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Switzerland on the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.
