What you will do

• Own regional marketing execution and event strategy across the DACH region.
• Drive pipeline results through both online and offline marketing activities with clear conversion targets.
• Manage integrated campaigns tailored to the target audience and regional dynamics.
• Coordinate with content, design, growth, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Follow up on marketing activities to convert prospects into meetings and advance deals.
• Identify customer success stories at events to develop into case studies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in end-to-end marketing execution with measurable pipeline results.
• Experience executing marketing strategies across German-speaking markets.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit conversion benchmarks.
• Customer-centric approach to creating memorable prospect experiences.

• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software field marketing.
