Marketing Events Manager (Fintech): Leading the strategy, planning, and execution of global third-party and company-owned events to drive pipeline growth and brand authority with an accent on revenue marketing and ROI optimization. Focus on designing scalable event playbooks, managing multi-region budgets, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate revenue.

Location: Hybrid: Expectation to work from the office 2 days per week. Offices located in London, New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of complex global events, managing timelines, logistics, and vendors.
  • Develop event strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue targets to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage event and vendor contracts while maintaining strict budget control.
  • Design and implement structured activation plans for pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases.
  • Produce detailed performance reporting and post-event analysis to optimize future strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in global B2B event planning within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Expertise in revenue marketing strategy, including pipeline generation and attribution modelling.
  • Strong commercial contract negotiation and financial management skills for multi-region initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to travel globally as necessary to support high-impact initiatives.
