TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (DACH): Building and scaling hirify.global's market presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with an accent on GTM strategy, regional event management, and localization. Focus on driving regional pipeline, building an ecosystem of changemakers, and collaborating cross-functionally to establish the brand in the DACH region.

Location: Must be based in London or Copenhagen with frequent travel to the DACH region.

hirify.global is building an AI-native financial platform designed to replace legacy ERPs and fragmented toolstacks for modern companies.

What you will do

  • Build the DACH market presence from the ground up and shape the overall GTM strategy for the region.
  • Own the full regional events calendar, including hackathons, third-party sponsorships, and roundtables.
  • Collaborate with the brand team on regional messaging, localization, and experiential campaigns.
  • Drive regional pipeline by generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Manage the regional budget and provide market data to growth leadership to sharpen targeting.
  • Cultivate a regional ecosystem by building relationships with press, analysts, and partners.

Requirements

  • Meaningful experience in field or regional marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Native-level German fluency (C2).
  • Proven track record of managing field marketing events from concept to follow-up.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, and Brand teams.
  • Must be based in London or Copenhagen.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for and proficiency in using AI tooling.
