Location: Remote-working basis, covering central, eastern and southern Europe.

What you will do
- Manage and grow partner relationships to drive revenue and expand the partner network.
- Qualify leads and progress them through the sales cycle to a fully scoped quote stage.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and capture feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Review upcoming renewals and initiate calls to improve product utilization and address new requirements.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to produce channel updates and case studies.
- Promote training programs as a value-add to strengthen proposals and partner capabilities.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or software sales.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, renewal processes, and subscription management.
- Ability to work with highly complex, niche products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and managing lead qualification.
- Must be able to travel to client sites, conferences, and global meetings.
