Location: Hybrid in London, UK (minimum 1 day per week in office)

What you will do
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and social selling.
- Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Identify key decision-makers and secure high-quality sales meetings with prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to convert leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices for prospecting strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to attend the London office at least one day per week.
