What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain high-level executive relationships with VARs, distributors, and enterprise clients.
- Recruit, train, and enable channel partners to drive SMB run-rate business.
- Collaborate with account managers to close complex enterprise deals.
- Provide strategic direction to the inside channel team.
- Travel throughout the territory to manage partnerships and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- 10+ years of experience in sales within a software organization.
- Significant expertise and proven track record within the Saudi market.
- Extensive experience in channel field sales and enterprise account management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to execute channel strategies.
