What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial engagement to contract closure and expansion.
• Build strategic relationships with customers to align solutions with their business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to co-create value-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional PODs including marketing, pre-sales, and business development teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and strong sales hygiene.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services in complex environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in BFSI, Healthcare, Utilities, or Energy sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working effectively with and through channel partners.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the designated region (France).
