TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue net-new and expansion opportunities across the Middle East and GCC territory.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT leadership.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue from enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles, covering discovery, value articulation, and contract negotiation.
  • Drive partner-influenced and partner-led opportunities by working with distributors and system integrators.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity reporting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Dubai / UAE and eligible to work in the region.
  • 8–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar individual quotas in complex environments.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong understanding of information security concepts, including identity governance and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Ability to travel across the MEA region as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity software company.
  • Background selling into regulated industries such as financial services, government, or healthcare.
  • Experience with subscription-based or hybrid licensing models.
