What you will do
- Identify and pursue net-new and expansion opportunities across the Middle East and GCC territory.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT leadership.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue from enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles, covering discovery, value articulation, and contract negotiation.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-led opportunities by working with distributors and system integrators.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity reporting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dubai / UAE and eligible to work in the region.
- 8–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar individual quotas in complex environments.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Strong understanding of information security concepts, including identity governance and Zero Trust architectures.
- Ability to travel across the MEA region as needed.

- Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity software company.
- Background selling into regulated industries such as financial services, government, or healthcare.
- Experience with subscription-based or hybrid licensing models.
