What you will do

• Develop and maintain new features for enterprise-level financial applications.
• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with Business Systems Analysts.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including grooming, estimation, and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and architecture.
• Support existing functionality through refactoring and bug-fixing.
• Mentor junior developers on code quality and development best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with .NET (6.0+ or .NET Core 3+) and C# 8.0+.
• Strong understanding of OOP design principles, patterns, and REST APIs.
• Enterprise experience in backend web development, Web API, and ADO.NET.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis) and ORMs like Entity Framework.
• Understanding of Web App lifecycle, security, and error handling.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brașov, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, Azure AI Search, RAG).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience in programmatic document manipulation.
