What you will do

• Lead high-impact projects to optimize sales processes and implement new tools.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of core sales workflows and data.
• Define and communicate standards for partner documentation, onboarding, and campaigns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner teams regarding operational topics.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like Sales Operations and Analytics to drive execution.
• Translate strategic discussions into concrete actions and track follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1+) and good English skills required.
• Solid experience in sales or a sales-related operations function.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to structure tasks and manage timelines.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Proven ability to drive execution and take ownership of initiatives.
