What you will do
- Manage sales activities and track performance metrics to achieve regional sales quotas.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions with technical teams.
- Provide sales and product training for resellers and end-users.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to influence regional growth.
- Collaborate with internal support and service teams to meet customer objectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy or have the ability to work within the Italian market.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a business-technology combination.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant markets, specifically broadcast, entertainment, or Pro-Audio/Video.
- Proven system sales experience in manufacturing or system integration.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Italian.
