What you will do

• Procure raw materials and components for plant and packaging operations based on production requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound rail shipments.
• Manage third-party finished goods for customer sale or repackaging.
• Supervise the Shipping Department, including loading/unloading activities and intra-plant truck freight.
• Maintain regulatory and shipping documentation for products stored at external facilities.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure material availability and optimize inventory plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charleston, West Virginia
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (MIGO, material transfers, PGI, STOs, inventory adjustments).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
• 5+ years of SAP experience in inventory management and material planning.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a union environment.
