What you will do

• Process emergency parts orders and maintain administrative controls within SAP.
• Act as the primary supply chain contact for local service organizations to drive replenishment and allocation decisions.
• Analyze historical usage data to develop and optimize spare part and tool stocking plans.
• Monitor critical parts and influence stocking levels to ensure effective coverage and meet performance targets.
• Present performance reporting to stakeholders and initiate alignment on demand and supply plans.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant field experience in a complex, customer-oriented logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
