Head Of Sales (Hospitality Tech)

Location: Must be based in Munich or Berlin (or willing to relocate)

What you will do
- Lead and coach a growing team of Account Executives and BDRs.
- Own the full mid-market and independent sales pipeline in DACH, France, and the UK.
- Drive team performance, ensure quota attainment, and manage accurate forecasting.
- Refine and elevate sales methodologies, playbooks, and team rituals.
- Hire and onboard top talent to support international footprint growth.
- Partner with GTM leadership to align on partner-influenced deals and lead routing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally in mid-market segments.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle sales teams from prospecting to closing.
- Fluency in German and English (C1/C2 level proficiency required in both).
- Must be based in Munich or Berlin (or willing to relocate).
- Ability to design structured, scalable processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Hands-on attitude with experience in consultative or platform-based selling.
Nice to have
- Hospitality tech industry experience.
- Experience scaling into France or the UK.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, MEDDICC/SPICED, Modjo, or Sales Navigator.
- Experience with partner-led or ecosystem-influenced sales motions.
