What you will do

  • Own the global Channel Partnerships function, setting strategy for indirect go-to-market and leading the rebuild of the VAR program.
  • Manage and develop a team of regional Reseller Sales Managers across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Own global indirect ACV and GRR targets, consolidating performance metrics for executive leadership.
  • Define and govern a VAR health framework, including tiering, onboarding standards, and commercial thresholds.
  • Manage OEM partnerships, defining commercial models and identifying new opportunities for market expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales AVPs and the CRO office to embed channel motions into the broader global sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances or channel sales within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning a multi-regional or global Channel Partnerships function.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence VP and C-suite level decisions within a revenue organization.
  • Experience redesigning operating models, including coverage frameworks and rules of engagement.
  • Ability to travel regularly across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the MarTech and customer engagement landscape.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Korean.
