Location: Hybrid role based in Milan, Italy (minimum 8 days/month in office)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to contract signature.
- Build and manage relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, and legal operations leaders.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows tailored to client needs.
- Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases and guide multi-stakeholder deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and apply qualification frameworks to improve forecasting.
- Contribute to the refinement of the enterprise sales playbook and influence the product roadmap through market insights.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent English (C1+).
- Experience navigating complex procurement cycles and influencing cross-functional buying committees.
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least 8 days per month in the Milan office.
- Passion for AI and its transformative impact on the legal industry.

- Legal background (law degree or law firm experience).
- Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
