What you will do

  • Deliver against sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth and performance excellence.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across Italy, driving full-funnel sales activity.
  • Understand client pain points and buying processes to tailor strategic solutions.
  • Lead high-impact product demos that articulate business value and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
  • Develop deep, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders in the legal sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • Must have valid Italian work rights (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Track record of success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales practices in Italy.
  • Interest in the legal industry and enhancing knowledge work through technology.
