What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical side of Commercial opportunities from qualification to close.
  • Conduct technical discovery conversations to uncover prospect goals, current toolsets, and constraints.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences.
  • Scope and support proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on RFPs, security reviews, and technical evaluations.
  • Develop repeatable assets like demo narratives and playbooks to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years of experience in pre-sales or a customer-facing technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Comfortable running live product demonstrations and thinking on your feet.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, web technologies, or data integrations.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
  • Interest in AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
