What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical side of Commercial opportunities from qualification to close.
- Conduct technical discovery conversations to uncover prospect goals, current toolsets, and constraints.
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences.
- Scope and support proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on RFPs, security reviews, and technical evaluations.
- Develop repeatable assets like demo narratives and playbooks to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- 1+ years of experience in pre-sales or a customer-facing technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Comfortable running live product demonstrations and thinking on your feet.
- Must be based in the EMEA region
Nice to have
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web technologies, or data integrations.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
- Interest in AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
