What you will do
- Develop and close strategic opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts to meet revenue targets.
- Execute the ALEER framework to drive customer adoption and expand footprint across projects.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Orchestrate virtual account teams including solution engineers and partners to influence decision-makers.
- Collaborate with and Red Hat teams to deliver integrated end-to-end automation solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven track record in software sales and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
- Experience selling into large Italian enterprise accounts, particularly in regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to execute consultative, value-based sales motions.
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and data protection requirements in Italy.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge of HashiCorp portfolio (Terraform, Vault, Consul).
- Understanding of and Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, Ansible, Cloud Paks).
- Formal training in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
