TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (HashiCorp): Driving the adoption and expansion of enterprise infrastructure automation solutions within strategic accounts in Italy with an accent on the full sales lifecycle and consultative value-based selling. Focus on positioning Terraform and Vault to modernize infrastructure operations and strengthen security across complex multi-cloud environments.

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy

What you will do

  • Develop and close strategic opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts to meet revenue targets.
  • Execute the ALEER framework to drive customer adoption and expand footprint across projects.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate virtual account teams including solution engineers and partners to influence decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global and Red Hat teams to deliver integrated end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Proven track record in software sales and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
  • Experience selling into large Italian enterprise accounts, particularly in regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute consultative, value-based sales motions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and data protection requirements in Italy.

Nice to have

  • Technical knowledge of HashiCorp portfolio (Terraform, Vault, Consul).
  • Understanding of hirify.global and Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, Ansible, Cloud Paks).
  • Formal training in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
