Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

What you will do
- Guide and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to ensure high performance.
- Maintain a positive culture and ensure quality-based sales processes.
- Prepare and execute business plans for current and future quarters.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive management.
- Collaborate with internal business units including Sales Engineering and Marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performing inside or field sales teams.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in software or IT technology.
- Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in a solution sales environment and familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Must be able to work in the Toronto office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday).
