TL;DR

Manager, Commercial Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of inside sales professionals to drive net new business growth in the mid-market cybersecurity space with an accent on coaching, performance management, and sales process integrity. Focus on driving revenue growth, developing top talent, and maintaining high-touch customer engagement within a hybrid work environment.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Guide and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain a positive culture and ensure quality-based sales processes.
  • Prepare and execute business plans for current and future quarters.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive management.
  • Collaborate with internal business units including Sales Engineering and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performing inside or field sales teams.
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in software or IT technology.
  • Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in a solution sales environment and familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Must be able to work in the Toronto office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday).

Nice to have

  • Background selling Security or SaaS products.
  • Experience in a player/coach role.
