What you will do

  • Develop and execute technology partnership strategies to drive joint commercial success and ecosystem adoption.
  • Own key performance indicators and manage the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships.
  • Orchestrate co-selling motions and sales enablement activities with partner organizations.
  • Launch and optimize co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and content sharing.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required for precise communication.
  • Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships with stakeholders up to VP/C-level.
  • Proven track record of growing acquisition, retention, and ARR for large portfolios.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership models, including APIs, SDKs, and referrals.
  • Familiarity with the HR tech ecosystem, EOR, and Global Payroll products.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
