What you will do
- Develop and execute technology partnership strategies to drive joint commercial success and ecosystem adoption.
- Own key performance indicators and manage the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships.
- Orchestrate co-selling motions and sales enablement activities with partner organizations.
- Launch and optimize co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and content sharing.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Fluent English required for precise communication.
- Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships with stakeholders up to VP/C-level.
- Proven track record of growing acquisition, retention, and ARR for large portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership models, including APIs, SDKs, and referrals.
- Familiarity with the HR tech ecosystem, EOR, and Global Payroll products.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
